Good point. With a restructuring nearly completed, and a long term plan in place with bank support, CNP may be seen now as a much safer place to put some dollars than many other REITS that need refinancing in one or even two years. People may feel that an investment back into CNP would be getting in on the 'ground floor' with a long term horizon.
