One other thing if I read BMN's latest accounts correctly they're obliged to spend some 6 mill of the 13 mill they have on exploration of their tenements or lose them (OK maybe they'll sell them..... joke)(point 21 Commitments page 71/86)"In order to maintain current rights of tenure to mining tenements, the Company has the following
exploration expenditure requirements up until expiry of leases. These obligations, which are subject to
renegotiation upon expiry of the leases, are not provided for in the financial statements and are payable etc"
Please blue sky people tell me I've got it wrong,,,, honestly I want to be wrong on this,, tell me they've got more cash than this
