The directors best bet would be to try and get a takeover
at 40c (45% gain) otherwise I expect the downward
spiral to continue as more and more holders realise
they need a capital raising soon with that cash burn
and currently they would be raising at 20c so
$20m to keep them afloat for another year is another
100m shares on issue.
Not wanting to scare holders too much but a 50% equity
issue on 400m usd capex (625 at .64 aud) at 20c
is 1.56 billion shares.And that assumes you can get
50% finance...I highly doubt.
