With a P/E of 11.6, I think NAB is in bargain territory right now. The only question in my mind is who they appoint the next CEO.
Other considerations are that it's ex-dividend, so in the dividend cycle there are alternative investments that will pay/compound sooner.
That said, I'm long term so shouldn't even think about market timing considerations.
