I wanted to highlight there's upside if one bought NAB today as their sp is below of last year's.....
You are correct ie: even if the sp is 3% down year on year, with the dividend payment of > 5.3% excluding franking (with franking >7.5%), holders will still be ahead.
Most/all? Term deposit rates are currently <3% (untaxed) and could go lower...................
