share price and directors options

Hi, Everyone, I may be WAY out of line in my thoughts on the issue of Directors'options, but here goes.-

the Options are going to be exercisable at 118% of the five(5) day VWAP up to and including 23/11/the for the period up until 23/11/13.

They will vest in the holders only if the Company divests wholly or partially the Marampa Project, whether by joint venture, sale or IPO.

In light of the foregoing, we can only expect the Share price to remain low at least until the vote has gone through in favour of the issue of Directors' Options

After which time, I fully expect the share price to rise over the exercise price quite quickly.

I have already voted "No" ( and that is for the first time in my time trading in the share market) as I think the time is not right to be generous with our shares when the future of Cape Lambert is so uncertain.
