Well at the Sydney IP Cath indicated that the rig contract finalisation was "very imminent" and that's 2 weeks ago. And they were close to a farmin deal.
Just speculating but a very positive farmin deal that perhaps requires some cash could possibly be used as a catalyst for the much discussed CR via a right issue and placement. FAR could justify doing a relatively small CR for taking up this growth opportunity AND to remain strong in their JV dealings.
