Hey guys, being relatively new to SPP I was just wondering from those with a bit more experience whether you think Bellevue's share price is being suppressed until the SPP has closed. The only reason I ask this is I have also been monitoring the share price of Sezzle (not cross promoting, just using as an example) whose SPP is a few days ahead of BGL. From the time it was announced the share price was pushed down about 20%. I assumed this was just people either profit taking or intending to participate in the SPP and selling off to fund participation. I had a look today and all of a sudden their share price has taken off again heading back to pre-SPP levels. Coincidentally (or not) their SPP closes today so in order to participate eligible holders would have had to B-Payed yesterday.
This brings me back to BGL. Prior to the SPP anouncement we were trading at $1.12. Since then we have dropped as low as $1.03 before getting a bit of a bounce yesterday. What's the likelihood of another breakout after the SPP closes or am I just reading too much into this?
