Sexton is seemingly doing a Trump...nobody loves him, so he is resorting to futile legal action. The results of the voting must have been known to the company for at least 3 days as voting had closed then. Let's remind him that even Trump use his own money or donated money for disputing the `illegal' votes!
The company's funds MUST NOT be squandered to allow Sexton to keep him in a job that he does not deserve to have.
Get on your bike Sexton......you have prevailed over a long period of losses and rewarded yourself with millions of free shares, and many millions more in a totally opaque BPAM, that surely must contravene some ASX and ASIC rules.
