Capital return, tax free until you sell the share then what ever the return was is applied to your buy price of share against your sell.
eg 100c buy, 20c cap return, your effective buy price is now 80c you sell at a 140c you now need to pay the tax on 60 rather than 40 c. Hopefully that makes ahem...cents.
