Can see this going under 20c. Any notion of further dividends are way off - so much for quarterly dividend policies. Those who got all dividends to date have at least had some reprieve. Legal stuff is an extra burden and legals take a long time and a lot of money to be put behind. Then the major fallback in coal pricing (though a little better lately), tax position issues and less than expected production due to various issues - often undisclosed till the Q report is released. Share price a good indicator of uncertainty and company perception. Hard to see sp gaining traction to 40c let alone 70-80c. Sure hope to be wrong but sadly, doubt it. AIMO
