SYR had delays with assay reports...they did not go into great detail but there June announcement said.."Assay results are expected to start being received in approximately two weeks time. Delays were experienced in preparing the samples for assay, but these constraints have been resolved. Once all the drill assay results are in hand a maiden JORC resource will be calculated.".

And in August..."Syrah has been hampered by logistical issues which have caused delays in the return of assay results. These issues have now been overcome. The laboratory has samples from a further 11 holes from Balama West awaiting assay. SYR anticipates receiving a steady flow of drill hole results from this point on. Assays from the next hole should be reported by next week."

Maybe they had issues with the flake dropping out also but managed to fix the problem. I have a vague recollection of reading something like that but cannot find the source report. Perhaps there may be better news down the track.
