Yeah I agree with most of what you have said there but as long as there is the conflict of advisers being paid by product providers, there will be issues. Thats human nature.
You cannot be sure its truly 'advice' over 'sales' if you're paid by the product providers.
If your paid by the product provider, the adviser has to sell product to get paid. Its a clear conflict.
