SP has nothing to do with the board - again, who will you replace them with? No one who wants to dump the board seems to have an answer to that question.

If anyone thinks that either a second strike or the board resigning or getting sacked is a good look to potential investors, then they are deluded. If you want the SP to crash, then push this argument as hard as you can - and make MXC look like a dysfunctional company.

For share holders try and focus on the fact that this is YOUR investment so any damage you do to it doesn't give you much of a reward. Strange way to manage your investment.
