Shaving 5 years off my earliest retirement age is exactly it thunderhead. The idea is if ajx hits $5.00 in the next 3 years, and if I maintain my current holding that'll pay the mortgage and turn some negative geared investments positive. Add a bit of super pension, some investment property income and a bit of leisurely trading and life's sweet.. middle class -- middle age bliss. I'll leave the ferraris and cliff top mansions for Pinto to enjoy -- me, just uncomplicated will do just fine.
