It's probably worth noting that Bevan's off the board of AJD also. I'm sure he's still a major shareholder in both companies and probably dropped off due to the commitment he has in other businesses he helped establishing, but it's always alarming when a key founder of a company drops off.
Don't hold any stake in either for now but will look at getting back in at the very subjective "right" prices.
