Seriously stop looking at glossy marketing brochures and do some proper due-diligence. There's plenty of large established players in the market successfully already doing the same thing (maybe with less of a national footprint). It's not going to be a sprint and everyone that thought it was has done their dough. Profitability will rely on high occupancy with those customers also ordering the value-add extras (interconnects, etc). There's plenty of other data centres that have been built to a high standard.
The company is already trading at a premium, how about getting some runs on the board first before expecting it to be rerated even higher still.
