My thoughts exactly, I wondered if either company would 'do something' with rhe MZN agm this week. IMO KDR would be best off not doing anything, lowerring yourself to their standards would IMO make them as bad as MZN. I think the agm may well be hot enough for their BoDs anyway.
This hanging over KDR is a bit of a sickener, a big deposit and fast to market potential at the right time and then boom. I take my hat off to @hud558 and others who reported them, share holders need to be able to have their concerns taken seriously, people are a lot more savvy about finding out information nowadays and knowing their rights and BoDs need to understand they will be held accountable on both sides
