I have just noticed that MZN have their AGM on Wednesday. My FIFO construction job ended recently which is convenient as there happens to be a lot of AGMs in the next few days and weeks for the companies i hold. I have one on Wednesday but there is a big enough difference in start times that i could potentially also go to the MZN one.
My question is, can i go as a non holder. I went to my first AGM on Friday and they asked for my name and looked up my holdings. I am not sure if this was to confirm that they should give me a voting form or to confirm i could go to the meeting.
If i do need to be a holder, can i purchase $100 worth on Monday and get in? or is it too late.
I am a holder of KDR and have found the whole MZN/KDR legal thing more interesting than stressful and i would love to see the directors of MZN answer some questions i see they are preparing over on the MZN thread.
