Your guess is as good as anyones! It seems when the company lets the market know there is news being finalised to be announced soon, their version of soon does not seem to align with those waiting. Some are more patient than others in that regards, some think that no news means something bad and sell their shares, and some use the time to their advantage and accumulate some more shares, including the top 20 in many instances. Either way, we seem to get the news we are waiting on eventually. I too hope it is soon though!
