Finally, for your primarily claim on where this train is headed, "Instead management will make acquisitions to grow, pay hotcopper even more money to advertise to bagholders so they can carry out more cap raises, then pay themselves more because now they're managing a bigger company, then issue themselves more "performance" options, then oil will fall and all that free cash flow will have disappeared into shitty assets that don't make money at $70/boe." what is this based on?
