Attrition in my ecosystem is 20%, which is better than the industry average of 30%. We offer equity performance incentives as a way to keep the people that are critical for the business to function. Now, I am on the fence for the increase to 70M as well, though its really 40,000,000 shares more. I wonder how they came up with that number. I would be more inclined if they put a stipulation in there that it does not apply to current Director Level employees that already have incentive Performance Rights in place.
