it's not manipulation, it's Bot selling, someone is offloading a large amount but trying not to drive the price too low. Until they are all gone the SP is going nowhere. It will take a special announcement to get this back to where it belongs...or an Oil Price back above $120. Either is plausible, but when it runs again all those sub 18c shares that have been bought up these past few months get sold for a nice easy profit. If you can't beat them, join them...easy money, not much downside risk from here.
