Share Price Catalysts, page-1675

I don't like paid research but it seems that small caps especially in O & G sector struggle to get any coverage from the big brokers because such companies don't match their clienteles so stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Nothing in this research is new but does tend to view things through the CE1's rose coloured glasses
Hopefully it translates into a bit of interest from US investors.
I do have one question - more general than just related to this coverage - when broker's give a valuation what time frame are they generally speaking about?
They never seem to address that, are they talking short / medium / long term?
