Exactly. There will be a very valid reason. It's not rocket science why something isn't selling - regardless if it's a house, a dog, a bike, land, shares.....
If you are either selling a rubbish item, your asking price is too much, or there is better value elsewhere, or there is a lack of interest, you won't sell. It's a pretty simple equation.
