Share buy back is not big issue at this stage. The status of CE1 should be:
- Significant capital expenditure for 5 new wells in Sep, Oct and Nov.
- Cash inflow is slowing down due to low price of oil (below $95 which management team expects)
When the price of oil is above $95, the cash flow will be enough for share buy back. Today, oil price is $93, I think it will be up to $110 in the next coming months.
