when Vermillion acquired half of Leucrotta with a planned 25k boepd montney project for c$477m in May, they left Leucrotta with the other half of land and almost no production and pipes
Leucrotta rolled the remainder into Coelacanth and relisted on the TSXV (V = venture exchange for early stage companies) with a planned 25k boepd project to startup and c$80m cash
current Coelacanth market cap c$380m=a$425m
I wonder if ce1 montney would list on TSXV with a jv farmin?
