here's an interesting recent valuation of undeveloped montney land...

govenment land sales have just completed in Oct and early Nov for 3 sections of montney
the land is near the liquids rich trend, but has no pipes and few wells nearby, and no resource or reserve
nearby pipestone has ~25% lower gas and condy production per well than saguaro/ce1 (9 bcf v pipestone 4-6 bcf)
suggesting a lower resource and price

2 of the land sections went for c$4.2m each, thats a$4.7m each

ce1 has 49 sections, and plus the northern leases 88 sections

49-88 sections x a$4.7m = a$230m-a$415m
