Smart buyers know some of the CR will be available around the 20 cents mark.
Once potential buyers are confident the overhang has is processed, you'd expect them to start raising their bids, generating strong upward momentum (i.e. because those remaining on the register will want to see much higher prices before thinking about selling).
But in the end, this will only happen if the fundamentals are excellent... which they are.
