As I understand it they won't be reconfiguring for light sweet without blowing out product prices to end customers as utilisation would drop off a cliff. I did wonder why refineries were able to operate at 95% capacity for so long.... So when the time comes, the only logical solution is to ramp up Canadian imports for both refineries and SPR in a couple of months.
