I was anticipating another 24c dividend (12c ordinary, 12c special) at August, given management's recent commitment to quickly use the excess capital and return to the target PCA range, as well as noting the strong operating cash flow achieved in the half ($200m+ of premium in and roughly $12m of claims out).
Management has a track record of being cautious when there is any uncertainty, so I'll be keenly listening for clues during Thursday's investor day.
