It’s interesting that:
cba trades on 2x book value compared to gma on sometime like 0.66x .
cba 16x profits. Gma 5x
cba dividend yield 3.73%. Gma 10%
Certainly a valuation discount for GMA given the overlap in the borrowers they’re exposed to.
