I think we disagree about this one.
But that is OK. That is what makes the world wonderful if done without anger.
I as a shareholder am an owner of the company. I expect the board and management to protect that and also the value of my investment/mc of the company for all PRESENT shareholders.
If the value of the company drops like it has, it should be their duty not to remain silent. If they do then that I consider wrong.
Ie even the asx has a policy whereby big drops in sp the company is sent a please explain.
Ie management has to make a public comment regarding large drops in sp..
This should be done without being prompted!
In too many cases this is not done only to find out that a nasty bit of news finally appears months down the track. surprise,surprise
All shareholders deserve to be kept in the picture regularly either way.
There is nowhere near enough transparency. But there should be. Its the minimum. Otherwise suspect practices can operate.
