Agreed, this is concerning. "Personal reasons" suggests a forced exit. Could be indicative of a tight csshflow situation and an inability to keep the board adequately informed. Could also explain the selling. If we see board members dropping I will be more concerned. Positively, bankruptcy proceedings could result in a liquidation event that would see a reasonable price placed on the assets for shareholders. This path would be too embarrassing for the parent I think.
Usually resources are a decreasing asset with mining, but GNM is doing an exceptionsl job of keeping the assets from decreasing. And you thought they were not working in your best interest!
