Kathy this is just the spectrum ,whether australia or singapore.Toeh still has to build the network and then compete.And unlike when tls had the monopoly the accc gave tpg plenty of support,now its basically a nbn/govt monopoly owned network so who is the accc going to back ?.
Same almost mobile,mobile whether singapore or australia has 3 mobile owners,tpg being possibly the 4th in both countries,and no way will regulators support tpg to the same extent regarding the 3 (very lge telcos) mobile owners whether aus or singapore as they did against tls.
