The spend is small, I'd say very small, some would say extremely small due to the density of the population there.
Nothing like Australia and my bet is there will be an aquisition to get the cash flowing and the scale much faster than expected.
Will anyone else run a tighter ship than TPG?

My concern isn't Singapore spend, it is more the prospect of possibly over paying for spectrum HERE then needing to raise funds to build a network.
If it wasn't Teoh at the helm I would be concerned.
Seems to me they got the spectrum in Singapore VERY cheap.
I bought into TPM for growth and that is what I want Teoh to go out and achieve
