The problem with the cobalt mine is that it is 6 years away. How much will GBG management fees and tenement fees chew up by then.

By that time some other mineral will probably be found that will replace cobalt.

It is just too slow - PNR got BNR's gold mine up in 15 months from partial takeover to producing gold.

It has taken GBG over a year to find cobalt mine - and it took 5 months before that to do a strategic review to even think about doing something other than KML.
