I'm pretty sure it won't happen, but if AVX is going to get taken over i'd love to see it go to CSL in a part scrip/part cash deal rather than going to some OS bigpharma.
I'm usually not into conspiracy theories, but I also think there is a reasonable chance that the SP is being suppressed artificially for a TO play.
