possibly the chairman - he was heavily involved in the board of carrington cotton in goondiwindi which the executive were said to have bled then took over for a song - he was also a key on graincorp board which made a lot of stuff-ups - he has now had some key staff departures which were not flagged
the acquisition of the malting business may not be as favourable as first thought, as per a post i put on the gnc thread a while ago
