Hi all,
Obviously what has happened over the last week or so is that a reasonably large shareholder has exited the stock. Judging by the unsophisticated manner of the on-market trades, it looks like a broker doing some technical selling on behalf of a nominee account (so the person executing each trade has no personal interest in the sale price).
To explain the selling, I've searched high and low for anything that could be construed as 'bad news' for Adacel. I could find nothing. Everything looks excellent for the stock and I maintain my previous bullish forecast. IMO Adacel is a very strong buy at current prices.
I doubt very much that who ever is behind the decison to sell knows much about the company or its prospects. The reason for the selling is probably just 'portfolio realignment'.
