Where did this discussion about KPMG start, I must have missed a few days - Grant Thornton were SSH's auditors and when the reverse takeover of same occurred, they continued to act for Biolayer and then Anteo. Changing Auditors of a Publicly listed Company is not a simple exercise, and can only be justified by a change in overall requirements. It would be fair to say that Anteo is much less "complex" now that DiaSource are no longer involved.
