share price disappointing

Health care stocks and biotechs have been flying over the past few months but MDR has been on a slow but steady slide downwards. VERY disappointing. Either it is the continued lack of interaction with retail brokers (which is easily fix-able but has not happened over the last couple of years) or there is an expectation of a disappointing quarterly (i.e. with low revenue growth and increased costs). Either way, shareholder have a right to be annoyed with the sp performance (particularly as employee options/rights are seemingly handed out like candy on Halloween) - it is really time to get shareholders some capital appreciation. And without volume (demand), I'd hate to think what the share price will do if Regal or another cornerstone decide they have had enough of the promises/ underperformance. Loyalty without performance lasts only so long.
