    Agree, this one baffles me but what the heck I'll take 14% yield. Aren't they also sitting on a stockpile of some mineral worth a small fortune (something like ~$20M Garnet)? Also, if you look at Caruso's track history of successfully building mines in PNG, Solomon Islands and S Africa you gotta say he's someone that has a high chance of seeing something through to a successful conclusion.
