Also worth thinking about all the buying interest that would have been sucked up by the big CR that was heavily supported by institutions as well as the SPP.
Essentially anyone who wanted stock had the chance to buy through those two processes. So even small volume selling can drive it down in these sorts of instances.
I doubt anyone played games on purpose here. The CR was for $15m, the SPP took in a fraction of that, no need to try and entice people to participate etc.
