All very bizarre, has a counter party offered to buy JROs remaining shares at some agreed price and future date in return for them causing maximum damage on market. Grinding the SP down and announcing a floor price just guarantees SP weakness without any relation to the company itself.

Surely suitors are swirling? The next quarterly offers some sort of backstop, indeed if numbers are hit there should be huge buying interest ($10 - $20 million profit for the quarter?). That still gives eight weeks for behind the scenes shenanigans.
