Hmmm, would be pretty dodgy if this is rumour mongering.
At this stage though there would be no obligation for the company or anyone else to declare the trade, I think the ASX has surprising lax timelines for official notice of transactions even for such large stakes. I guess that the paperwork and transfer of documents/funds has to occur before it’s official hence the delay to announcing anything?
