Thats true what you have stated, but China and Russia have many mine workers and managers. Security detail has changed now but i am not sure Waf is big enough to warrant Russia sending in emplyee’s as they do have massive mine’s already. But yes the deal of unity between Mali, Bf, and Niger is concerning from a European perspective as lets be honest they have been stealing their resources for generations sadly.
