I share your view about how the fund managers, etc, will view this stock.
I have a core parcel which I want to hold long term and I think the news yesterday gives some confidence that Centro will still be here long term.
Whatever happens today, the SP will only really take off when the fundies and other big investors start buying and that will depend on their view of the risk, the return (particulalrly dividends), the state of the broader market, the view of value in the propety market, Centro's governance and management.
