Sometimes if you are lucky you can spot a market maker buying up a stock, if it's being included in a ETF.
1AE has a better chance on the URNM than the URA, as the requirements are lower; but even still the current share price will need to more than double. They appears to be a pattern of keeping some Uranium play away from the ETF inclusions imo; this allows the top holders to vulture the shares from smaller disillusioned holders.
