That is why the better brokerage houses have all or nothing option choice when placing orders to both buy and sell, that way at least you dont get caught out with exorbitant priced 100 share lots of a penny stock when the broker fee is inclusive.
Were once with Ameritrade and that feature was available there. Not sure if Aus brokers follow suit in that way, but not at CMC is sadly fer sure.
Makes you a bit hesitant when placing orders under the offer price.
